Why is my puppy eating dust all day? Is he hungry or deficient?

Hello, I have 40-45 days male GSD, he eats dust all day. We are giving him cerelac 5 times a day and yesterday onward started giving him curd, soya, chapati and rice. What could be the reason of eating dust all day? Thanks in advance :). Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | 1 month and 25 days old

Tyson is likely eating dust because he is hungry. Cerelac is not an appropriate diet for a puppy, nor is curd, soya, chapati, or rice. This diet is not nutritious, balanced, or healthy for him. What you are feeding him will not give him the nutrition he needs to grow properly, and he likely has vitamin and mineral deficiency from it. He needs a puppy formulated food only, as puppies need higher amounts of protein, calcium, and calories than adult dogs. I recommend feeding Tyson Royal Canin. Please give him a puppy formulated food only.
