Why did my dog get red bumps on his scrotum after the dog park?

Hello my dog just recently out of nowhere developed scaly red bumps on his scrotum only 1 . Closest to his rectum. What could this be from ? He recently went to a brand new dog park with gravel that he had never been on before and the rash developed immediately 2 hours after leaving Park . Could this be part of the problem ? Pet's info: Dog | French Bulldog | Male | unneutered | 29 lbs

Yes, it certainly is possible that G is suffering from a contact allergy from the new park. You can try bathing him an Epsom salt bath to see if that helps the rash. If that doesn't help the rash, then I would have G seen by a vet as he may need medications to treat it.
