Dog in first heat: swollen, peeing blood, not eating. Is it normal?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 1 month old

My dog is on her 1st heat now from abut 4daus or bit more but her reproduction organs are extremely swallowed and red and i saw her pee a big spot of blood (the size of a hand ) and she doesn't eat well and doesn't play or move a lot too and she is always licking her lower part is there any thing I can do it is it normal and if it's not is there any medication I can buy for her or any thing I can do ?

No, it isn't normal that Bella isn't eat or move a lot. While a dog's reproductive organs can get quite swollen during a heat, I would be concerned that her additional signs indicate that she is suffering from a systemic illness. If she is peeing blood, it could be there is blood in her urine coming from her bladder in addition to her uterus. This could be due to a UTI or bladder stones. I would have Bella seen by a vet right away for a health check.
