Why is my 5-month-old Doberman puppy not eating and losing hair?

I have a 5 months old Doberman dog, recently he isnt eating properly anything we gave him besides "pedegree" which is his dog food,meat,just boiled eggs.. He dont eat anything else like rice, vegetables,etc. And recently his hairs are falling alot which is really strange as it never happend before. Please tell me what should i do.
