My dog is on her back with stiff legs and whining. Is she hurt?

Our dog is currently lying on her back with 3 of her legs straight while the other (front) is resting on the side of the cage. She occasionally move both her right legs up and also whines. She a pomeranian by the way. What's wrong with her?? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | 4 lbs

Dogs can sometimes rest in odd positions with their legs sticking out straight. However, if Cup is unable to move from that position or appears visibly in pain it may indicate an injury or neurologic issue causing a problem with her legs which should be checked out by your vet ASAP.
