My dog hit his nose on a door. Should I worry about a foamy mouth?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | 1 year and 3 months old

I was throwing ball he was standing between the door he just turn around and his nose got hurt bang with door beading he shouted little foamy thing come out of mouth but no blood nothing after 5 minutes he was again active and started playing so what different traumas can happen to dogs nose when it got hurt bang with door and also are those traumas are life threatening?

Hello. In general you shouldn't have too many concerns with a ball in the face as long as it isn't too hard. If he is active and normal, and no bleeding I wouldn't be too concerned. Check to make sure he has no broken teeth and if they are broken they may need to come out, otherwise as long as he is normal don't worry. If he vomits, acts lethargic, or tremors/shakes he could have brain swelling but that is very unlikely.
