My dog has hypocalcemia, twitching, and is wobbly. What to do?

Took dog to emergency vet. She have hypocalcemia. She is twitching and ataxic. If any home remedy for these. Her blood work was big. 87, and ica0.54. How can I help her. Can't spend to much money we already spend 200$ in the emergency vet. Please help

She needs supplemental Calcium. You can get oral calcium however IV is better. You can also get calcium SQ at the veterinarian which can be less expensive and get the calcium level up higher. The emergency clinic should be able to see you oral calcium syrup to give. Once tremors and ataxia are present it is difficult to control with oral medications however, so you may need to go back to the emergency clinic . I hope she does well!
