Angel should be examined by a veterinarian. Cuts in the skin can become infected, particularly if she licks it. Unless Angel is actively nursing a litter of puppies or experiencing a false pregnancy, it is unlikely that she is actually producing milk and you may have seen a purulent/pus-like discharge.

I would recommend taking Angel to the emergency room to make sure that the wound does not get infected. If Angel is pregnant and lactating, then her mammary glands would be filled with milk but if she is not, it could be pus/an abscess or a different type of infection or even cancer. Therefore, it is important that she get checked out sooner rather than later. Good luck!
