Why does my chihuahua have light, mucousy diarrhea with undigested food?

Yesterday my chi had diarea and its light colored with mucus around it I checked for worms but found undigested food I changed brands of food a couple weeks ago is it a sign of worms. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | spayed | 7 years and 2 months old | 9 lbs

Hello! Luna could indeed have worms, or may have eaten something that didn't agree with her system. It would be a great idea to submit a stool sample to your regular vet. They can run a test to look for worms or parasites.
