Dollar is still very young and it may be that he requires more socialization with other pets to begin to feel comfortable. You can do this in a positive manner by encouraging him to observe from a distance he feels comfortable and offer treats and praise. If he approaches the other animals, then more praise can help teach him this is what you want. If he becomes too scared or nervous it is best to stop the meet and greet and try again later so that he doesn't begin to associate it with stress and nervous feelings. Not all dogs will be sociable with all other animals, so it is OK if he doesn't like all pets or animals, as long as he isn't aggressive or rude to them. Since Dollar is also still a puppy, finding a dog training class in your area may help so that he can learn to interact with other people and animals in a safe, structured environment with the help of a pro.
