My dog is probably a Doberman mix. What should it's ideal weight be? He is 12 pounds. I cannot see his ribs but I can feel them. Is he underweight? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | unneutered | 2 years and 1 month old

Hello! In an ideal situation, you can feel the ribs, but not see them, so that sounds pretty good! When you look at him from above, there should be an "hourglass" shape, just behind his ribs, in an ideal body condition.
