My dog has an enlarged heart, but still coughs and won't eat. Why?

my pet name is nancy pomeranian 3 years old am from india.last week we found her heart is slightly enlargedin Eray. .in ECG her heart beats showed normal only .my vet told nothing to worry. she is having slight choaking when she barks long term vry rarely.also she is having running nose slightly from her earlier when she is puupy she wont eat proper.now its became poor eating.pl suggest

Hello! I'm concerned about her poor appetite? An enlarged heart shouldn't specifically cause this. I'm glad you had some tests run on her heart, and I'm glad to hear that the tests so far have been normal. Sometimes dogs can see a veterinary cardiologist, or have a heart ultrasound, in order to get more information. If she isn't eating well, I would recommend you take her to your vet to find out if there could be something else wrong?
