My dog is panting, licking lips, pacing, whining. Should I worry?

5 year old puggle is panting and licking lips and pacing and whining. I took her out and she will poop and pee and has eaten and drank. Should I be worried. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | spayed | 4 years and 6 months old | 20 lbs

It' s best to have her checked over as soon as you vet it's open. It does not sound like anything too concerning, for sure she must have an upset stomach ( licking lips is normally a sign of nausea ). When it' s breakfast time try with a smaller portion of food and see if eating or at least interested and report to your vet.
