My senior German Shepherd won't eat, 40% liver function. What to do?

My 12 year old German Shepherd was not eating properly from the past 3-4 days. We called the doctor and he said that only 40% liver is working. What should I do? Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | unspayed | 10 years and 9 months old | 75 lbs

You should weight his quality of life, if he is suffering more at this point, than he is enjoying life, then it might be best to opt for euthanasia. at his age it is unlikely that his condition will get better.
