Hello! My dog Brandy seemed to have some distension on the left side of her belly and I wasn't sure if that was something to bring to the vet or just watch myself. It has been there for a few days and I'm not sure what might have caused it. Pet's info: Dog | French Bulldog | Female | spayed | 6 years and 7 months old | 21 lbs

If the distension has been there for a few days than she should be examined by your vet to determine the cause. She could have an infection, hernia, or mass and your vet can do an examination and take an x-ray to help diagnose and determine if treatment is needed.
