Why is my dog's jaw quivering and chattering after vet found nothing?

Yesterday afternoon I noticed my dog doing something weird with her jaw after she yawned almost like she had tmj and was trying to pop her jaw back into place. After a couple hours I noticed that it started to get worse and became more random and she was doing without yawning and her mouth would quiver or spasm uncontrollably a for a couple of seconds and her teeth would make a chattering sound. I took her to the vet this morning and did a sedated oral examine and blood test and found nothing?

Jaw problems can be difficult to diagnose without a CT scan of the head. Keep an eye on her and monitor her eating and drinking habits. If you notice the condition getting worse contact your veterinarian and discuss referral to a veterinary specialist such as a neurologist.
