My cat has vaginal discharge and recently got roundworms. Is there a connection between the two or is it something else? Could she have a uti? Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female | 6 lbs

Roundworms would not cause vaginal discharge, so this is probably an unrelated problem. Pepper could have a urinary tract infection, vaginitis, or even a serious uterine infection called a pyometra. I would recommend taking her to the vet for an exam - he/she can take a look at the discharge and may also do a urinalysis or other testing if needed to help diagnose the problem.
