Poor Iola! Unfortunately, dogs who have bladder stones can develop them again, so this blood in her urine can be a sign of more. It can also be a sign of a UTI. It certainly isn't normal that she has blood in her urine, and given that she has a history of bladder stones, I would have her seen by a vet now. The vet can diagnose what is causing the blood urine and can discuss treatment options with you.
