Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 60 lbs
Remmy is a border collie cross and he's about 2 years old, he is a rescue dog and recently we've been having problems with a lot of ammonia in his pee and recently he has been peeing in this house which he doesn't usually do! Also his penis seems to have flammation but only on the inside I am booking him into the vets but may only get there until next week, is there anything I can do in the mean time to help this situation?

He could have an infection causing the problem. A vet can test a urine sample to look for infection and other abnormalities. Besides, encouraging him to drink water to try and keep his urine more dilute, there really isn't much you can do at home without veterinary care. If he has an infection than he will need an antibiotic.
