My cat has wounds and bald spots. Why isn't her hair growing back?

Pet's info: Cat | Bombay | Female | spayed | 8 years and 6 months old | 6.6 lbs

My cat gets spontaneous wounds on her body. They are superficai and not painful. Well marginated. Sorrounding hair is healthy. And when they heal the hari doesnt grow back. Now she has a bald patch like that and one new wound.. on her back and neck area. What can i do for this? Thank you!

This is likely to be an allergy disease, although it could be triggered by fleas. i recommend treating her for fleas regularly every month with a high quality flea treatment such as Advocate, if it doesn't solve the problem she will need to see a vet for further investigation of the problem.
