Poor Rally! Scabies is a specific problem (also called mange) that is caused by microscopic skin mites, and cannot be diagnosed without a skin scrape by a veterinarian - so I'm assuming that you might mean scabs all over his body. There are a number of different things that could cause this, including allergies, fleas, a bacterial or fungal skin infection, or skin mites (scabies or demodectic mange). Treatment will depend on what the underlying problem is, so I would recommend taking Rally to the vet for an exam as soon as you are able to. He/she can do some simple skin tests to help diagnose the problem and get him started on appropriate medication to treat it.
