My dog has mange, on vet meds. What else can I do for his recovery?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 4 years and 4 months old | 80 lbs

my dog has the problem of mange. He has red skin, red eye, red patch on his feet and red discharge in the inner of his ear. The vet has prescribed antibiotics, eye drops and injections for 3 weeks (1 injection per week). Is there anything else that I can give him? He stays in the house ans sleeps in my room. Please help

At this stage it seems your veterinarian covered and prescribed everything Mazore needs. After treatment is over, a shampoo could be useful to re-established normal skin hydration. That can be discussed on a later stage with your veterinarian, depending on his skin condition.
