My dog has mange, on vet meds. What else can I do for his recovery?

my dog has the problem of mange. He has red skin, red eye, red patch on his feet and red discharge in the inner of his ear. The vet has prescribed antibiotics, eye drops and injections for 3 weeks (1 injection per week). Is there anything else that I can give him? He stays in the house ans sleeps in my room. Please help. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 4 years and 4 months old | 80 lbs
