My yellow lab has been licking and drooling for about an hour now. It happened after he was outside with a bit of rough play. He doesn't seem in distress but looks a bit uncomfortable

It sounds like Indiana could be a little nauseous, as drooling can be a sign of nausea. He may have played too roughly, and upset his stomach. I would rest him, and wait another hour before feeding him. Because he's already uncomfortable, i wouldn't recommend feeding him just yet because that can cause bloat. In another hour, if he seems a little more comfortable, you can give him small amounts of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice. You can feed him this a couple of times tonight, and then tomorrow slowly add back in his normal diet. Hopefully by tomorrow, he will be back to his normal self. If he's not, then I would have him seen by a vet for a health check.
