Why does my puppy have dry blood near her genitals and hair in poop?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | unspayed | 1 month and 11 days old | 9 lbs

I have a 5 1/2 week old puppy I found her online agreed to pick her up at 8 weeks at 5 weeks the breeder asked me for money for 1st vaccine inhad a hunch it was a bad place for her So I asked to take home early they said ok It was very poor living conditions and I had to take her I discovered dry blood around the crevices of her vagina is this from mom dog not cleaning her or them not bathing her or is this vaginitis uti or something else also I see hair in poop is this worms or just human hair

Wow, that raises huge red flags to me that the breeder was asking you for money to get Panda's vaccines. The dried blood could be due to an injury, or it could be due to a UTI. She could have worms in her poop, as worms are common in puppies. Without seeing Panda in person, I can't say anything for certain. I would have her seen by a vet first thing in the morning. The vet can give her a health check, diagnose if she does have worms, and diagnose the cause of the dried blood.
