My cat just had a litter of kittens and has been doing fine for 2 days tonight I came home and she had moved them one was dead with a puncture wound to the chest and another looks like the ear is missing and it's bleeding from the mouth and dead what should I do so nothing happens to the others in the litter is it ok to separate them until they eat and how often then do they need to eat.

Oh no, that's not good! These kittens have to be fed at least every one-two hours throughout the day and night. I would be very concerned that Cady will attack the other two kittens, and it's likely best that she is separated from them completely. It isn't an easy job to raise kittens, but it's likely what is best for them. I can give you a link to a website detailing what you need to do for them. First thing, however, is to run out to a grocery store to get KMR. It's a kitten milk replacer, which they need to be fed. http://www.2ndchance.info/orphankitten.htm
