Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | 1 year and 3 months old
I have seen my fri NSA gsd and my relatives gsd and my gsd also they all pull the leash if they see any other someone unwanted while on walk and ages of these all are 3 years and below so they do these kinda things because of their kid mind or when they get mature enough and stop doing these kinda thing ? At what age do gsd gets maturity so they stop pulling leash on walk if they see someone unwanted passing the road on the other side ?

No, I'm afraid that this is not a behavior that dogs "grow out of" as they get older - they need training to work on this problem if you want it to get better. This involves using treats to reward them for calm behavior as you pass by people or other dogs on the street. It can be difficult to do this on your own if you don't have much experience, so I would recommend getting in touch with a good reward-based trainer in your area who can help you in person.
