Why is my 1-year-old GSD's chest vibrating and heart visible?

My 1 year old GSD started breathing heavily last night. By bed time it was back to normal but it's like you can see his heart beating? His chest is shaking or vibrating. He still seems to be panting more but it's not slowing him down any. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | neutered | 1 year and 4 months old | 90 lbs

He really should be examined by a vet to determine the cause. He could have an issue with his heart and your vet can take an x-ray of his chest, run an EKG, and/or an ultrasound of his heart to diagnose and then determine if treatment is needed. it is difficult to know the cause without having an examination by a vet.
