My cat threw up a fabric ball but seems normal. Is she okay?

My cat has throw up 4 times in the last 4 days. She has been acting normal and eating. The last time she threw up there was a small fabric craft ball in her vomit. Is it possible she was sick from that in her stomach? Today is the only day she hasn't drank much but she has ate twice. She seems to be acting normal other than a bit tired after the last time of throwing up. She is 5 months old. Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female | unspayed | 4 months and 11 days old | 5 lbs

Poor Lota! This fabric craft ball could have been causing her vomiting, as it wouldn't be easy for her to pass through her GI system. Given that she is acting normal, I would continue to monitor for her now. You can feed her a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) in small amounts several times a day for a couple days, then slowly add back in her normal diet. If she starts vomiting again, becomes anorexic, stops drinking water, starts vomiting water, or becomes very lethargic, I would have Lota seen by a vet immediately.
