My dog ate wet canned food left out for 10 hours. Will she get sick?

My dog ate wet canned food that was left out for about 10hrs. Should I be worried? She ate it about 2hrs ago and just went back to eat dry food and drinking water.

While it's not ideal for your dog to eat canned food that has been sitting out for this long, in my experience it's not likely to cause any serious problems - dogs have very acidic stomach acid, which gives them a greater tolerance for eating rotten or spoiled things. It's possible that Dayz may have an upset stomach (vomiting or diarrhea) from this, but unless the food was visibly moldy, I would not expect her to have any other serious problems. If she has vomiting or diarrhea lasting more than 24 hours, it would be best to have her examined by a vet to make sure that nothing more serious is wrong.

This isn't ideal but she should be fine. At the most you may see a little upset stomach symptoms such as vomiting or loose stool, but no toxin concerns if it was only left out for 10 hrs. If she does seem to have a little bit of an upset stomach you can try feeding her a bland diet of plain boiled chicken and rice or cottage cheese for a few days to help her stomach settle, then slowly transition her back to her normal dog food. If her stomach doesn't seem to settle well then its best to take her to your vet for stronger meds. Best of luck with Dayz.
