My dog has very high kidney and liver blood test results. What now?

wanted to know what steps should I take to recover him from the followings heads:- BLOOD UREA NITROGEN (BUN)- 56.3 SERUM CREATININE- 3.97 SGOT/AST- 387.6 SGPT/ALT- 416.2 S.ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE- 361.3

Hi, Oscar needs to be hospitalized and treated with IV fluids, antibiotics, and gastrointestinal protectants. Additionally, he should be tested for infectious diseases such as leptospirosis and ultrasounded to determine if he has any problems in his liver or kidneys.
