You need to take Dutches into a vet immediately, as it sounds like there is blood in the discharge from her eyes. Any problem with the eyes is considered an emergency because it's such a delicate and important structure. Leaving it untreated can lead to vision loss. She could have injured her eye or may be suffering from a severe eye infection. The vet can diagnose the cause of her eye symptoms so it can be treated. I would take her into an ER vet or find a vet on call to see her now.

Poor Rosie. Any eye problem is an emergency because leaving it untreated can lead to vision loss. I don't like the way her eye looks in the picture, and I do think she needs veterinary care now. Please take her into the ER vet immediately. I hope this helps!
