My dog just ate a book of matches. Not sure how many -not a full pack. Will she be ok?

She will most likely pass them in the next 24-48 hours. There is a concern for an obstruction if it was a full pack of matches as opposed to individual ones. Monitor for vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy or signs of abdominal pain. As long as she isn't showing signs of GI upset, feed her as you normally do. Seek veterinary attention if you see any of the listed symptoms.
