Bedbugs prefer humans, they are not really designed to crawl through fur, so your skin is a lot more attractive. But your dog or cat will do if you aren't available. Frontline may kill some but it won't treat the environment since bedbugs will hide in the crevices of your bedding and furniture where the Frontline won't go. The best solution is to have your home professionally treated. Wash and dry all fabrics and pet bedding in the hottest temps allowable. Consider sealing your mattress and pillows in specially designed bags meant for bedbugs control.
