Your cat should be examined by a veterinarian for a work up and treatment. There are a lot of diseases that could cause those signs including diabetes, kidney disease, liver disease, gastrointestinal issues, thyroid disease, and cardiac disease. Your vet may need to run lab-work and take X-rays to diagnose.

Your cat may have diabetes, or another severe disease. Please take her to a veterinarian for an exam and blood tests. Cats cannot be without eating for more than 2 days or they get liver disease which can kill them. Please take Fatty to a veterinarian in the morning.

I'm sorry to hear that Buttons is not well. Any continued abnormal symptoms (longer than 24 hours) warrants a vet exam. I cannot tell you what is wrong with him just by your description but I do think he is sick. Any illness or disease process could cause his symptoms. Please get him a vet exam as soon as you can. He can't go very long without eating and drinking.

Poor Kiki! He could have an infection, parasite, or possibly a congenital problem. If the signs continue then he needs to be seen by a vet to determine the cause and treat. Your vet can check a stool sample for parasites and then prescribe medications to help treat the problem. He might also need some fluids to prevent dehydration. Hope he feels better soon!
