Glucosamine upset my senior dog's sensitive stomach. Lower dose?

Can a glucosamine/chondroitin supplement cause runny stools in my older dog with a sensitive stomach? Should I lower the dose?

If the supplement is new then yes, it can cause some diarrhea. I would suggest lowering the dose and switching her to a bland diet. You can try to slowly increase the supplement. If her diarrhea continues try switching brands or contact your veterinarian.
