Most swallowed objects, if they are going to pass through the GI tract without problems, will be pooped out in 2-3 days. On rare occasions, a foreign body may remain in the stomach for weeks or even months but this is very unusual. In most cases, as long as your puppy is eating and drinking normally and acting fine, you shouldn't need to worry.

Usually a minimum of 2 days, but it could take much longer as sometimes it stays in the stomach for several days.
