My puppies they're 16 days old and the mom has excessively licked the two males genitals their sheath/foreskin is no longer there or raw. What to do. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 15 days old

This sounds somewhat unusual. If the skin is raw where the mother has been licking, then the pups may need to be separated from her until it has a chance to heal. You can still allow them to nurse under supervision several times a day, or you may need to bottle feed them if she won't leave them alone while they nurse. I would recommend having a vet take a look at the puppies to make sure that taking them away from mom is necessary, and they may also need antibiotics depending on how raw the skin is.
