0.03% Naphazoline with 0.5% glycerine is safe to use in dogs and cat. These are the main ingredients found in Clear Eyes. The recommended dose is 1-2 drops in the eye(s) every 6-8 hrs. If no improvement or worsening of signs within 24-48 hrs then your pet should be seen by your veterinarian to make sure nothing else is going on with the eyes.

Do not give any medications to your pet without the advice of your veterinarian. You can rinse the eyes with plain saline but do not apply any medications. If the redness persists, see your veterinarian or a veterinary ophthalmologist for an exam.
