Persians have congenital problems with breahing anyway due to the shape of their head and squished nose, So anytime they get an upper respiratory infection this is made worse. You should take her for an exam and a course of antibiotics to your vet. In the meantime you can give her a bit of a steam bath in the shower ( bowl with hot steamy saltwater in a small container or in the shower, so she breathes this in and may liquify the mucus.

Most likely your persian has a bacterial upper respiratory infection and is in need of antibiotics prescribed by your veterinarian. Please take her to your vet soon for medication so that this is taken care of quickly to prevent her from avoiding food and worsening of her symptoms as the infection will likely start to fester. You can also suction your pets nose with a pediatric bulb syringe and use a humidifier to help keep her mucous membranes moist to hopefully loosen up the thick bulid-up of mucous which is clogging her nasal passages. These will help but ultimately she still needs proper medication as well from your vet.
