My pup had Dhpp vaccine today and is also on doxycycline for microplasmas. All he has done today is sleep and now he has blood in his stool. Are the

Bloody stool and lethargy could be an adverse reaction to the vaccination. I recommend taking your puppy in to the veterinarian asap due to the high probability that he is having a severe reaction and needs immediate treatment to help stabilize his condition. If you need help finding open vet hospitals in your area here is a website to assist you: http://www.vetlocator.com Poor puppy probably just needs a good strong anti-histamine and some subcutaneous fluids and monitoring throughout the night to make sure he is ok.

Blood in stools is not normal after vaccination and you should get your dog checked by your vet. It could be due to gastro-intestinal infection or colic. In this cause your dog may need a different type of antibiotics for a few days to get better.
