My puppy has flea and I'm using Frontline plus for dogs on them a few days ago. Do I need a flea comb to comb my puppy together with the Frontline?

You can flea comb your puppy in order to remove the dead fleas but it's not a must as they will fall off within a few days anyway.

No you shouldn't need to do any flea combing if the Frontline Plus works as expected. Also keep in mind that treating your home may be needed as well to rid the flea eggs that harbor in cracks, crevices, furniture, and dog bedding. Flea foggers purchased from Home Depot or Lowes, or hiring a professional pest control professional is best. Also I would recommend washing your pets bedding in hot water to kill any eggs there as well. Please also keep in mind that with any topical flea product it should be applied 48 hrs before or after a bathe for full efficacy, because this product spreads through the pets oil glands. Best wishes.
