My 7 week old puppy hit his head hard last night and he now he has a big bump on the top of his head. He's been sleeping all day, is this serious? Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 4 days old

Head trauma is always a cause for concern. Since this happened yesterday, there should have been some improvement with your pup if he suffered an injury such as a mild concussion.
