My dog has uneven testicles. Should I be concerned about a tumor?

My dogs testicles are different sizes one is small the other is huge should I be worried, I have read online about testcle tumors could it be that.

Yes, your dog's testicles should be approximately the same size. One can be a tiny bit smaller, but there should not be a huge difference. Your dog needs to be seen by a veterinarian as he could have a testicular tumor, a testicular torsion, an abscess or orchitis or brucellosis. Please take him to a vet ASAP.

    It is not uncommon for a young dog to have uneven testicles. Typically, the smaller one will "catch up" in a few months. Monitor them and see your veterinarian if one is significantly larger or smaller in a month or two. If Meeko is to be neutered (recommended), it won't matter.

    Pictures can be deceiving and I recommend you get it checked by your vet if you feel anything has changed in size or shape. They appear symmetrical and normal in shape in the photo, the lumps are likely to be the epididymis which is attached to the testicle
