Will dividing Bravecto chew tablets affect my dog's treatment?

My vet prescribed bravecto chew tablets, leaflet says you cant break or divide it, as a last resort my vet told us to do this. Will it affect treatmen. Pet's info: Dog | Collie | Female | unspayed | 6 months and 1 day old

No it won't, although it says not to divide it it is pretty much impossible to give it as a whole (too big!) but i never had any problem with clients dividing the Bravecto and it works really well.
