If the eye seems to be damaged (half shut) you will have to go to the vet as soon as possible to get him treated as untreated scratches on the eye can lead to severe ulcers and loss of vision eventually.

It looks like the conjunctiva was damaged. Kitty should get checked out by a vet ASAP to evaluate the eye and determine which structures are damaged. She should also get started on an appropriate eye antibiotic and anti-inflammatory. The particular medication will depend on the exact structures that have been affected and her eye exam.

The best thing to do would have Kiya examined by a vet to determine if the piece of skin needs to be reattached or if she needs sutures to help with proper healing. Depending on how close the wound is the eyelid, sometimes leaving it to heal on its own can lead to scar tissue formation that may affect her ability to close the eye normally. There aren't any OTC eye drops that will help in this situation. Prescription antibiotics may be indicated based on the vet's exam.

Poor guy. If the eye is not ruptured or oozing out blackish or reddish material then he should be fine to wait until morning to see a vet. He possibly has a corneal ulcer or scratch due to trauma when he was outside. If this is confirmed by your vet, then topical antibiotic ointment is typically the only treatment required to resolve this.
