You need to deworm him again. puppies his age should be wormed every 2 weeks until he reaches the age of 3 months then once a month until he reaches the age of 6 months then once every 3 months after that.

The worms you are describing are roundworms. These often come from the mother. Most puppies should be dewormed 2-3 times after the age of 4-6 weeks. And the dewormings should be done at least 2 weeks apart because of the worms natural life cycle of 2 weeks, which is why most owners will see a re-emergence of the worms. Also I would highly recommend that you get your pet started on heartworm prevention such as Heartgard. All heartworm preventatives are given monthly and not only do they protect your pet from heartworms, but they has an intestinal worm dewormer in it as well for your roundworms and hookworms. Other heartworm preventatives even protect from additional worms such as whipworms, like your Trifexis and Interceptor, which are great products.

Hi there. It sounds like you're seeing roundworms in Beau's stool and vomit, which would indicate that he needs to be dewormed again. I would recommend getting a good quality broad-spectrum dewormer from your veterinarian, and following their instructions regarding if/when to repeat the dosage. They may also recommend having Beau come in for a fecal exam a few weeks later, to make sure that all of the parasites are gone.
