Why is my dog scratching his ear, crying, and licking his foot?

My dog is digging at his and crying and then licking and smelling his foot after digging at his ear what is going on and what can I do to help him

This usually indicates that he has some type of ear infection. I would recommend taking him into the vet and having a swab done to determine what is causing the infection and get treatment at the same time. It is usually some type of antibiotic pills or ointments which would be prescribed.

    He is probably suffering from an ear infection, unfortunately the ear cleaner will not help cure it, you need to take him to the vet as he will need a prescription antibiotic/antifungal ear drops to treat this infection.
