As far as I know this is a rare intoxication in dogs (it has been reported though). It can cause hepatotoxicity and rhabdomyolysis secondary to phenazopyridine toxicity in a dog. Signs described are shifting leg lameness involving all 4 limbs, progressive reluctance to walk and severe diffuse muscle hyperesthesia (pain). I would recommend to take her to your veterinarian for a check up. Blood tests may be required to check possible liver damage and function.

In such a large dog as your's it's unlikely to do harm but it has the potential to be toxic in dogs so do not give it in the future.

The active ingredient in Azo tablets is phenazopyridine. It has no known safe dosage in veterinary medicine. Because of this the wisest course of action is to take your dog in for some blood work to make sure there's no developing anemia or liver damage.
