Is it safe to give a 12 week old puppy shots, wormer, and flea treatment(topical) all in one day?

Technically, it is safe, but that's an awful lot to put him through at once. I would wait and apply the flea treatment a few days to a week later, just to give him time to recover from the stress of vaccinations and deworming. Also, if he has a reaction to the vaccinations of flea treatment, you'll better be able to tell which one caused it.
